Prince Harry engagement rumors: Couple's multiple appearances in one weekend fans suspicion engagement is around the corner

Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas were seen together twice in three days last weekend, giving rise to speculations that the two will be announcing their engagement sooner rather than later.

Last Friday, Bonas was seen at the prince's first official function and both appeared cozy together. On Sunday, she was again seen with Harry, enjoying a rugby game between England and Wales.

The Daily Star reports that the 29-year-old prince plans to make 25-year-old Cressida his princess and is ready to take her to the Queen's 49-000-acre retreat in Balmoral this summer. A major event during the proposed trip would be an official reception with the prince's 87-year-old grandmother.

However, it is not clear whether Bonas will receive an official invitation from the royals.

The tabloid says that the initiative is considered to be a sure sign that Harry is set to make Bonas his bride - and soon. The young prince has reportedly gone so far as to cut back on the booze in an effort to appease the model and socialite.

Quoting Ladbrokes, the British betting and gaming firm, People says that owing to the recent appearances, the odds for Harry proposing to Bonas this year have been reduced to just 8-to-1. However, the bookmakers believe the odds the two will officially tie the knot this year are just 20-to-1.
