Xbox Live Glitch; Preventing Gamers from Signing Up; ‘Fallout 4’ Players Can’t Share Screenshots

Xbox Live is going through problems.

Microsoft has verified that there were complaints voiced by a few people over social media, since Xbox Live has not been functioning properly. Both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 have been affected, thus many people have been prevented from signing up.

Gamers also claimed that they were even kicked out even when they were signed in, and this outage has prevented the players from booting up particular games. Also part of the problem was the malfunctioning of Xbox DVR to do screenshots and video-sharing, Yibada reported.

This has come out during the vital week of Xbox One "Fallout 4," during the launch of "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and "Call of Duty: Black Ops III," which happened a week ago.

With these launching, it could also mean that the month of November is also the most demanding time in terms of Xbox Live use. But despite this, Xbox Live (and PSP Network) have not experienced interruptions. While Xbox Live is going through a pause, this episode of service unavailability has not led to big problems.

Both Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles have had a hard time supporting their targets' frame-rate, and its clearly the Xbox One version that has obvious hitches. The issue on "macro-stutter" is possible that it is connected to the video game's associated streaming technology. Going to a new field has caused long-lags, and even changing weapons have some issues, iDigital Times reported.

The trouble of storage for Xbox One can be resolved by installing an external SSD. But gamers said that it is deemed impractical and can be costly when using external drives. So the website then tested with a 7200 PM drive which is expensive, instead of using 5400 and an SSHD.

With the assessment of "Fallout 4," the emerging storage issues are just isolated cases, Digital Foundry said. And the internal drives for PS4 and the external drives of Xbox One could increase load periods.
