Celebrity Real Estate: NASCAR Driver Denny Hamlin Lists Former North Carolina Starter Home for a Selling Price of $498,990 – Price Cut by $11,000

The previous home of NASCAR Driver Denny Hamlin in Davidson, NC is up for sale with a price tag of $498,990. According to listing agent Meredith Tomascak, as Hamlin doesn't live there anymore, he tossed the keys over to his parents.

Hamlin's fans will not forget the address of the four-bedroom home at 18736 Dembridge Drive because it is also the address of the Denny Hamlin Fan Club, which is run by his mom.

According to Realtor, the 3,629-square-foot charming home is beautifully located in the River Run Country Club neighborhood. The listing agent says that the home has won the "Yard of the Year" award. The price of the home has been cut by $11,000, so anyone interested can save some bucks.

Although Hamlin was in the 38th place showing at the AAA Texas 500, he still ranks 11th in NASCAR's power rankings. Hamlin is building a 31,000-square-foot mansion in Cornelius, NC.

Denny Hamlin was born in Tampa, FL but raised in Chesterfield, Virginia. He currently resides in Huntersville, NC. Denny Hamlin is one of the all-time greatest drivers in the Virginias and Carolinas, and a superstar in the NASCAR Spring Cup Series.

Hamlin was the 2006 Sprint Cup Rookie of the Year and the first rookie to ever qualify for the Chase for the Spring Cup. He is also the longest-tenured driver at the Joe Gibbs Racing and first piloted his No. 11 FedEx-sponsored car to victory in the 2006 Budweiser Shootout at Daytona, as reported by the Denny Hamlin website.

Denny continues to be a race win contender at every stop on the NASCAR Spring Cup Series. He also recorded season-high race wins in 2010 nearly getting the title. In 2014, he was qualified for the Championship round of the playoff style format at the NASCAR Chase for the Cup where he nearly captured his first title.

Denny Hamlin is highly regarded by the media and his peers as a top contender each year to win the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship.
