Celebrity Real Estate: Host of “Let’s Make a Deal” Wayne Brady, is Making a Deal for His Home in Sherman Oaks

Wayne Brady, host of "Let's Make a Deal," is dealing his residence above the San Fernando Valley community in Sherman Oaks which was marketed as "Bel Air Adjacent," for the amount of $2.5 million.

The gated driveway of the single-story property covers more than 4,200-square-foot. The frontage of the property features a wide entrance hall that leads down to a separate dining room and opens to a bifurcated living space with a high vaulted ceiling with a series of exposed wood trusses.

According to Variety, the property has a towering, stacked-stone fireplace that stands between the living room and adjoining family room which is open to a gorgeously equipped center-island kitchen. The cozy house also features four en suite guest bedrooms with direct access to a terrace circling the full width of the house and a kidney-shaped swimming pool and spa with canyon and city views.

A multiple Emmy winner, Brady who will make his debut in the Broadway "Kinky Boots" next month, is not new to dealing with property. In March 2013, he disposed a mock-Med McMansion in Sherman Oaks for $1.8 million. He then squandered $1.75 million for an ocean-view condo in Pacific Palisades and offered it for sale last summer at $1.95 million, but sold only last month for $1.82 million.

Wayne Brady has dealt a couple of real estate properties recently. His Sherman Oaks home was purchased for $2.525 million while his condo in Pacific Palisades was sold last month.

Los Angeles Times said the home was built in 1954. Wayne's new home in Sherman Oaks that sits on more than a half-acre parcel of land is a single-story house that features an open floor plan and high ceilings with great views of cityscape and mountains.

The beautiful residence of the host includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, living, dining, family rooms, a den/office, a breakfast area, and a powder room. Fireplaces are distributed to the family room, living room and master's bedrooms.
