Gwen Stefani Net Worth: No Doubt Singer Lists Beverly Hills Mansion After Divorce With Gavin Rossdale

Singer Gwen Stefani is now selling her modern type Beverly Hills mansion after her divorce with Gavin Rossdale. Stefani, co-founder of the rock band No Doubt, prefers a Spanish-inspired mansion and wants to erase the memories of her ex-husband, a report from TMZ said.

The current market price of the Beverly Hills house was not disclosed. It was previously reported that it was Stefani's ex-husband Rossdale who bought the property for $13.25 million eight years ago. The price of the whole property may have tripled, according to real estate sources.

The home sits on a massive 9,000-square-foot lot. The mansion boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a tennis court, and a large pool.

US Magazine previously reported that after living together for 13 years, Stefani and  Rossdale officially announced their split last August.

"I had been writing because my life blew up. Everybody knows that my life blew up last February. I'd just been dealing with that. Unexpected. I was going along thinking that was going to be the rest of my life and it's not. I don't know what happened," the No Doubt singer said, as quoted in the report.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Gwen Stefani, who is also a fashion designer and songwriter, has a net worth of $100 million.

"Gwen Stefani first rose to fame in the 1990s as the lead singer of the ska band, No Doubt. She has also collaborated and contributed vocals to other groups and bands, performing many sounds such as Reggae, New Wave, and pop," the report said.
