Kaley Cuoco Buys Khloe Kardashian’s Tarzana Home for $5.49 Million

Looks like Penny dropped a bundle of dollars on a big house.

Several sources are reporting that Kaley Cuoco, of the Big Bang Theory fame has purchased Khloe Kardashian's Tarzana home, the one that she shared with ex-husband Lamar Odom, for $5.49 million.

The home sold pretty fast. It came up on the open listing market just two weeks ago. Considering the amount of publicity the residence got, it doesn't come as a surprise. However, while that home saw one marriage end, ironically it sold to a newlywed couple. TMZ reports that Cuoco and her new tennis player hubby Ryan Sweeting snagged the home together.

Travelling back in time, Khloe and Lamar purchased the home for $3.95 million in 2009. Considering the sale price, the home sold for a good profit. The proceeds will be divided according to their prenup, which apparently, keeps both their assets separate.

Listing records of the home state that, the home is an 8400 square feet residence, comprising of seven bedrooms and eight full and one half bathroom.

The residence is a gated, private, plush, single-family property. Interiors have mixed flooring, beamed and cathedral ceilings. A Jacuzzi, a gym, a game room, a media room and a kitchen complete the insides. Outside a long driveway leads up to the home, and there is a large pool and a lounge area.

The listing came soon after Khloe filed for divorce from the NBA player due to his alleged drug and cheating habits. More recently, rumors had it that Khloe was moving into a place in Calabasas. Apparently, her sister Kourtney has been pushing her to rent a place right near her newly purchased Calabasas mansion.

HollywoodLife.com reveals that currently, Khloe is almost living out of her car!

While we hope Khloe finds a nice house soon, we are more than happy for the couple who picked up Khloe and Lamar's previous love nest. Cuoco and Sweeting tied the knot on New Years' Eve at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch at Santa Susana Mountains in California. They even had an upside-down wedding cake.

The newlyweds cannot seem to get enough of each other, constant tweeting sweet things. Below is a doze of mush for all of you:
