Did Giada de Laurentiis get in between Katy Perry and John Mayer's relationship this time? A new report claims that the "Food Network" chef is seeing the "Free Fallin'" crooner in order to make rumored boyfriend Bobby Flay jealous.
Things aren't looking pretty good between rumored couple, Giada de Laurentiis and Bobby Flay. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the 45-year-old celebrity chef is seeing someone else aside from Flay in order to make him jealous.
De Laurentiis is allegedly seeing John Mayer in order to "force Bobby Flay into proposing." This is not the first time de Laurentiis and Mayer have been caught in a rumor together, as Mayer's name was brought up when de Laurentiis announced her divorce from Todd Thompson in Jan. 2015.
Back then, de Laurentiis has spoken up and denied having any romantic ties with Mayer, Flay, and the others. De Laurentiis' name, however, continues to be linked to these men no matter how much she denies the said rumors.
This might cause an issue with Mayer's on-and-off girlfriend, Katy Perry. According to Page Six, Perry and Mayer have been involved in an on-again off-again kind of relationship since 2012. While the couple has split countless times, the outlet noted that the two have reunited in Sept. this year during Allison Williams' wedding.
Just recently, de Laurentiis admitted to dating someone else during "The Wendy Williams Show."
"I'm going to say kind of, and I will tell you, this is the first time I've actually said that," de Laurentiis said when asked about dating after her divorce from Thompson.
This fueled speculations that de Laurentiis and Flay are indeed dating. However, it looks like de Laurentiis was serious when she said that she and Flay are no more than friends. According to E! News, de Laurentiis is dating Shane Farley, who works as an executive producer of "FabLife."
De Laurentiis and Farley reportedly met in 2013 and things are looking pretty serious between the two.
Now that de Laurentiis has gone public with her new love interest, will this finally put an end to the never-ending speculations surrounding her and Bobby Flay?
