"Suits" season 5 episode 10's summary had guaranteed that Harvey and Mike would make life-changing decisions. The first part of the season 5 concluded on leaving fans a cliffhanger, making them ask what will happen to Harvey and Mike in the future.

Harvey left his job to save Pearson Specter Litt, while Mike got nabbed for conspiracy to commit fraud. "Suits" showrunner and creator, Aaron Korsch, teased during his interview with Yahoo TV that the show will undergo a lot of changes. He also explained that the main focus will be on Mike when "Suits" returns for season 5, during the mid-season hiatus.
Mike's mentor, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and the person liable for recruiting him, has left his job from the company so he could defend it, and now he should look for a way to get Mike off the case, although he is aware that Mike is guilty.
Understandably, Rachel's world is crushed, and seeing her husband in prison, she should confront her family in the midst of the scandal. Well, that involves her own father, Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce, who is reprising a role), who at the same time, is a lawyer.
On the other hand, the prevalent question isn't how Mike will manage to get off the hook, but just who it was really who turned him over to the authorities.
One thing that we are now sure of, is that Rachel's and Mike's wedding will not yet push through in the planned manner, and the showrunners are still working on the "how," though Korsh wouldn't want to spoil it.
As for the mid-season premiere date of "Suits" Season 5, it is speculated that it will air some time in 2016. The series is awaited to come back for its run for season 5B in the last few weeks of January 2016 for the rest of its six episodes. Although the official air date is not yet confirmed by the producers.
