Jack Osbourne, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's son has reportedly sold his condo in Los Angeles for $1.12 million, pocketing a $160,000 profit on the deal, according to several news reports.
Jack purchased the home sometime back in 2008 for $960,000, reports TMZ. The residence is a two-bed condo apartment in the Hollywood building. Not many details about the home are currently available. However, sources report that the sale went through quite quickly. Apparently, the amazing views from the residence sealed the deal for Jack.
Currently, Jack and his wife Lisa Stelly live in Los Feliz with their baby daughter, Pearl. The couple purchased the home in the area for $2.8 million in 2012 when they were still engaged. The home has five bedrooms and five full and one half bathroom. Interiors show wood beamed and vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and French windows and doors.

Jack shot to fame with his stint on 'The Osbourne's'. He went on to host fitness and travel shows and also featured on the 17th season of reality dance show 'Dancing with the Stars'. He came in third on the show despite struggling with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis. On the finale night, Jack was more than happy to have come in third, reports Daily Mail.

While Jack has been pretty lucky in the property business, his parents have had a tough time selling off their Hidden Hills mansion which sat on the market for quite some time before singer Jessica Simpson purchased it in April, 2013.
