Glee’s Chris Colfer Unloads Laurel Canyon Home for $945,000

Chris Colfer, who plays 'Kurt Hummel' in the hit musical series "Glee", has reportedly sold his home in the Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles for $945,000, according to several news reports.

Colfer purchased the home in 2011 for $860,000. Considering the sale price, he has made a slight profit on the deal. Listing records of the home at Trulia reveal that the residence is a 2462 square feet, single family home comprising of two bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Pictures of the home show plush, spacious interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors. The place has vaulted ceiling sand light hardwood floors. Multiple balconies offer panoramic views of the hills nearby.

Back in August, Colfer purchased a new place in Hollywood hills for $1.6 million. That residence is a two-story single family home as well, sitting in a private secluded area. The four bed home has beautifully done up interiors and has a swimming pool and an adjacent pergola.

Colfer purchased the home soon after he listed his starter digs in the area. The singer-dancer purchased the home sometime back in March 2011 for about $850,000 and finally sold it off in Sep. 2013 for $1.1 million, making a neat profit again.

Colfer is not the only Glee star dabbling in some real estate. Naya Rivera (Santana Lopez) recently sold her Beverly Hills mansion and moved to Los Feliz after her realtor mother helped her unload the property within weeks of listing it.

Meanwhile, Glee's cast is reuniting for some epic performances for the 100th episode of the series, slated to air in March 2014. Dianna Agron, Heather Morris, Amber Riley, Mark Salling and Kristin Chenoweth will all reprise their roles once again on the show, reports E! Online.

Colfer is currently travelling with his cat for the holidays. He is so fond of his cat that he doesn't want the thing to be home-alone during Christmas. His Instagram is flooded with pictures. This one is captioned, "This is why I can never have kids. My instagrams would annoy so many people."
