NBA Trade Rumors: Joakim Noah's Declining Game May Lead to a Possible Trade Among These 3 Teams

The 2014 NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Joakim Noah, is being observed to have lost his touch averaging 2.5 points and had been contributing only 6.8 on the rebound department.  According to some reports, Noah seems to be having trouble catching up with the approach of their relatively new coach Fred Hoiberg. Noah has been known for his defensive stop, complementing the known "defensive first" style of their former coach Tom Thibodeau. But as of now, it seems like he is not being able to fit with Chicago Bulls offensive direction.

That is why most critics would say that Chicago Bulls center, Joakim Noah, would be a perfect trade option for the team. According to pippenainteasy, "Noah is getting older and losing that energy he used to always play with. He also doesn't seem to fit into the offensive direction the Bulls are moving in. The Bulls could trade him while he still has some value around the league."

Despite the seen decline of Noah's game, it is still undeniable that Noah is a defensive force to be reckoned with. That is why if Bulls would let go of Noah in favor of strengthening their offensive end, other teams are more than willing to pick him up.

There so many teams and names on the waiting list if such scenario would materialize. According to brojackson, Noah would be a valuable player for Boston Celtics if the rumored interest would push through. Noah, if Boston would go for the trade deal for the Chicago center, would be traded in exchange for Isaiah "Thomas, Kelly Olynyk, and James Young."

Aside from Boston Celtics, another team that would benefit on the presence of Noah in the shaded area would be the LA Clippers. According to allaboutrookies, "the Clippers would consider a trade with the Bulls, in which they could receive Joakim Noah, in exchange for Jamal Crawford. That could make sense, as the Clips need a Centre and the Bulls need a strong guard off the bench."

Another rumor reported by yibada suggests that the Chicago Bulls would be willing to trade Noah for another veteran center, Nene of the Washington Wizards. According to the reports "the biggest purpose this trade would serve is getting two players out of situations that may become awkward and give them new scenery to play in."

Still there are no confirmations coming from the Chicago Bulls, which means Noah may continue to prove and dominate the defensive floor of NBA court.
