David Foster and Wife Yolanda Say Goodbye to their Malibu Beach Mansion

The Daily Mail, through an article by Christine Rendon, has confirmed that 16 time- Grammy winner producer and composer David Foster, and her wife, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Yolanda Foster said goodbye to their Malibu mansion. The former supermodel said she needed to focus on her battle with Lyme disease and could not keep up maintaining the 3.25 acre property.

Joyce Chen quoted in her article in the US Weekly Yolanda's statement given to Bravo a year ago on why they decided to put their property on the market, "This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years, I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible."

Yolanda adds, "My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar."

Mark David describes in Variety that the estate was listed in early 2014 with an asking price of $27.5 million. It was described in the marketing materials that the 11,600 square foot, three-storey with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms main house is "reminiscent of a romantic European villa." David further describes it as having extra - wide plank reclaimed Bavarian walnut floors, a combination living / dining room, panelled library/office and family room, all three of which have fireplaces. It also features a colossal kitchen with a glass-fronted and marble-lined walk-in refrigerator that puts its content on display and which Yolanda describes as her "favorite fridge."

The sprawling master suite has a terrace which offers a panoramic view of the beach and has a fireplace, a semi-circular office corner, two bathrooms and a pair of spacious dressing rooms which appear as high-end boutiques. Moreover, inside the house are its screening room, recording studio, game room with wet bar, an exercise suite with lounge, sauna and massage room. Outside, the grounds feature flat and well-watered lawns, built-in fire pit, expansive garden, an infinity pool with resort-like patio and a driveway with an adjacent two garage doors.
