Jennette McCurdy Drops $905,000 on a Studio City Residence

Jennette McCurdy who plays prankster "Sam" in Nickelodeon hit series "Sam and Cat" has reportedly purchased a home in Studio City, Los Angeles, for $905,000. This is the first time the 21-year-old's name has appeared on public property records, according to the Zillow Blog.

The double story home is a perfect fit for McCurdy. The residence is a three bedroom, three bath home stuffed with modern amenities like a hot tub, gourmet kitchen, a swanky tea room. The home offers beautiful views of the city and has narrow private decks, where she can enjoy the evening breeze.

Zillow describes the home as:

Built in 1987, the 3-bedroom, 3-bath home has been remodeled with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and custom fixtures. The hillside abode also comes with private decks, patios and a hot tub - ideal for enjoying the outdoors without inviting attention from the paparazzi.

She recently opened the doors of her new digs to the folks at JustJared.com and gave them a tour of the house. She cozied up with her huge teddy bear and also posed for pretty pictures.

McCurdy is probably resting in her house now as she hasn't been keeping very well, reports nickutopia.com. More recently, co-star Ariana Grande took to twitter to send her love to ill McCurdy:

"Hope you feel better @jennettemccurdy, get lots of rest. Today was rough, you're such a trooper. Love youuu."

McCurdy herself tweeted:

"Been horribly sick for the past few days. If you see a commercial with me wearing a surgical mask and/or throwing up, don't be alarmed."
