‘The X Factor’ 2015: 4th Impact (4th Power) Continues to Be A Fan Favorite; Filipino Girl Group Reveals Reason for Joining the Show

"The X Factor UK" 2015 is blazing with amazing talents and while some people are already predicting as to who will win the said competition in their respective categories, a girl group continues to inspire fans and viewers. 4th Impact, which was formerly known as 4th Power, swept the entire nation with their powerful vocals and inspiring story. Will they end up as the winners in the Groups category?

4th Impact (4th Power) remains to be "The X Factor" 2015's fan-favorite, as the girls proved that they have what it takes to win the competition. While the girls stunned the judges and the audience with their performance of Christina Aguilera's "Show Me How You Burlesque," it looks like 4th Impact has a deeper reason for joining the competition.

"The X Factor" girl group, composed of Irene, Almira, Mylene and Celena, revealed that they joined the competition in hopes of winning the competition and ultimately raising the funds needed for their 59-year-old father's surgery, Yahoo! Celebrity UK reported.

Their father was reportedly diagnosed with a brain tumor and surgery is needed to prevent complications, including permanent blindness. The surgery, however, costs £10,000.

In an interview, Almira revealed that the lack of funds for their dad's surgery was one of the reasons for joining "The X Factor UK."

"Our dad can't work now as he has a brain mass and when it gets bigger he is going to be blind," she said.

While this is a truly heartbreaking and inspiring story, Movie News Guide noted on the chances that 4th Impact will win first place. According to the outlet, William Hill predicted that the Filipino girl group will likely end up fifth to win in the competition with betting odds of 7/1.

The outlet also quoted several statements from the judges, including that of Nick Grimshaw, who said: "This is gonna blow up all around the world."
