Jodie Foster Lists Home for $6.4 Million, Stars in New Movie 'Elysium' with Matt Damon [TRAILER]

Actress Jodie Foster is listing her beautiful Hollywood Hills home for $6.399 million, reports the Los Angeles Times.

The home is Spanish Villa built in 1935 and comes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half-baths. It covers about 6,000 square feet of living space and surrounds the property's central courtyard. The grounds span about .29 acres of land and also include a pool, spa and detached guest house.

The home also comes with an office and an attached guest suite. Adjacent to a formal dining room, a butler's pantry leads to a stunning kitchen. A luxurious master suite features a sitting area, walk-in closets, fireplace and sauna.

Foster, 50, gained recognition for her starring role in "Taxi Driver" (1978) at age 13. She won Oscars for "The Accused" (1989) and "The Silence of the Lambs" (1991). More recently she starred in the 2011 films "Carnage" and "The Beaver."

Foster is an extremely private person and never shared much details on her private life, but decided to open up and say she is a lesbian in an emotional speech while accepting a lifetime achievement award at the Golden Globes.

The actress has a new movie coming out August 9 called Elysium which also stars Matt Damon. Set in the year 2154, where the very wealthy live on a man-made space station while the rest of the population resides on a ruined Earth, a man takes on a mission that could bring equality to the polarized worlds.
