Steel Magnate Leroy Schecter’s Central Park West Condo Returns to the Market for $85 Million

Steel mogul Leroy Schecter's two-unit combined condo has returned to the open listing market with a huge pricechopper and a rental option as well. The place is asking $85 million, $10 million lesser than what it was priced for when it was first listed in August 2012. You could also rent the place for $125,000 a month, according to the Real Estalker.

The five bedroom, six bathroom condo sits on the thirty fifth floor of 15 Central Park West in Lincoln Square, New York City.

According to the listing of the home:
