"Scandal" Star Scott Foley On The Latest Storyline Of His Show At The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic Event

Last Saturday, stars attended the sixth annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Will Rogers State Historic Park hosted by renowned Argentinean polo player Nacho Figueras.

According to Variety, stars attended the said event and that includes Scott Foley of "Scandal." At the event, Scott talked about the present storyline of hit show "Scandal" which "he loves for its frenetic energy and possible veracity."

Scott said that he thinks "a lot of the characters are modelled after real people."

When it comes to Jake and Olivia's relationship, does he think that it is really over for the two? Scott said that he hope it's not but "It seems like it's over right now; I don't know what I'd do if it were over forever!" he said. He continued and said, "You never know, the show has done such a great job of playing out that love triangle, and it seems like she's with Fitz now, and they seem happy, and I'm excited to see what happens with them."

It seems that Scott has invested a lot in Olivia's romantic fate the same way as their fans did as he said, "My favorite scene is when she said the other day, 'sit on the couch and watch me choose you,' when they were in the Oval Office, and they played that amazing Aretha Franklin song over that. It just gave me goosebumps."

Scott shared that he loves watching them together and see how things goes for them and predicted that "if Jake's not a part of that now, I have a feeling that he's going to be a part of it at some point."

Scott was also asked about his character's long-lost wife who just appeared again. Foley explained that, "If she pulls through (being shot), there's something interesting happening with Jake and his wife, how strange!"

According to Scott, his character as Jake doesn't know about his long-lost wife, "I had no idea!" he said. He also revealed that he just found out that Jake is not his real name which makes it even more exciting and interesting. As Scott says, "So I think there's more to come on that front."

During the event Foley was with his "Scandal" co-stars Bellamy Young and Darby Stanchfield. This is the second time that Foley attended the event with his wife, Marika Dominczyk.

Meanwhile, Radar Online shared the photos of the stylish guests that attended the event like Nina Dobrev, Victoria Justice, Jesse Metcalfe, James Marsden, January Jones, Selma Blair, Oliver Hudson, Brittany Snow, Lauren Conrad, Rachel Zoe and Camilla Belle.
