Actor 'Jonah Hill' Lists Hollywood Hills Home for $2.995 Million

American actor, writer, producer and comedian Jonah Hill reportedly has listed his Hollywood Hills Home for $2.995 Million.

Hill, known for his role as a stock market broker in the "Wolf of Wall Street", in real life isn't flipping his home like his movie character was trading stocks. He simple just listed his four-bed, five-bath home for sale in Los Angeles (specifically in the Laurel Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills) for $2.995 million, according to Trulia.

However, if Hill gets his asking price he is scoring a good real estate deal. He bought the property back in 2010 for $1.865 million. Hill is reported to have updated this mid-century Modern compound designed by Richard Dornan, in 2012. The first thing this property can boast of is the lush, Zen courtyard that welcomes guests before entering a perfect party pad because of the open spaces inside the home.
