Peak Corporate Network Expands in San Fernando Valley Real Estate Through Century 21

Peak Corporate Network, the 25-year-old American group of real estate entities that provides a full array of comprehensive real estate services in the United States, has ambitious targets in its five-year expansion plan that they have just disclosed.

According to The Daily News, as part of its efforts to carry its expansion in San Fernando Valley concerning both the residential and commercial real estate markets, it started with acquiring some real estate players in the area and rebranding with Century 21, another big name in global real estate. The transformation began in September when Peak Realty and Peak Commercial became franchisees of Century 21 and changed their names to Century 21 Peak and Century 21 Peak Commercial.

At the time of the acquisition, Eli Tene, principal and managing director of Peak Corporate, said in a statement, "We are thrilled to affiliate with the growing international Century 21 broker franchise network, which represents the largest residential and commercial real estate brand recognized worldwide."

The first acquisition reportedly happened this month when Century 21 Peak acquired Century 21 All Moves that is based in Granada, according to The Daily News. All Moves is Century's oldest operation that started in 1970. Century 21 Peak also acquired both the Prellis Real Estate School and Prellis Escrow which now are known as Peak Real Estate Academy and Escrow Hub respectively after the deal. The financial terms of the said franchise deals were not disclosed.

"We became the newest and the oldest Century 21 in the same week," the managing director said with a chuckle.

Teen mentioned that as a result of the acquisition of All Moves, about 100 employees were added to Century 21 Peak's residential operation and boosted the staff to 300.

The move is also a way for Peak's residential and commercial operations to expand globally through Century 21's global influence in about 80 countries.
