'How To Get Away With Murder' Season 2 Spoilers: Nate's Connection To Keating Five Teased; Whose Side Is He On?

The upcoming episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 will divulge more details regarding Nate Lahey's (Billy Brown) involvement in Annalise Keating's (Viola Davis) shooting and attempted murder.

On Thursday night's episode, Nate was featured talking to Annalise from inside his bedroom and asking her as to what kind of woman she is. Since Annalise framed Nate for the murder of Sam (Tom Verica), it seems that the character can never forgive her.

Initially, fans thought that Nate was telling Annalise the truth when he said that he will try his best to forgive her. However, it was later on revealed that Nate has agreed to team up with Wes (Alfred Enoch).

According to Ecumenical News, Nate may be the one responsible for shooting Annalise. After all, the professor almost had him sent to prison. Since Annalise disregarded the fact that Nate's wife was dying, this could be seen as his motive for shooting her.

During the latter part of Season 2 episode 3, it was also revealed that the Keating Five were there to witness how Annalise fought for her life. There were rumors that Connor (Jack Falahee) could be responsible for shooting her because of the way he looked in one scene, according to Design & Trend.

Other fans are speculating on Wes' involvement in the shooting of Annalise because he may not trust her for lying about Rebecca Sutter's (Katie Findlay) fate.

In other news, ABC released a synopsis for the upcoming episode which reads, "When a teenager is found murdered in the woods, Annalise and her team is hired to represent an unlikely suspect named in the case. Meanwhile, Asher comes across a shocking confession, and Wes learns new information about Rebecca's disappearance."

"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 2 airs Thursday nights on ABC.
