Famous boxer "Sugar" Shane Mosley made the headlines as he went through a messy divorce. As per several news websites, Shane's wife, Jin Mosley was already married when the couple got hitched. Rumors emerged that Jin Mosley already tied the knot with Sanjay Dwivedi.
During an interview with TMZ Sports, one of the sources close to the boxer dished out interesting news. It is when the source stated that Shane's lawyers got a hold of Jin Mosley's "Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage" which was dated 2006. The couple however was already married at that time. Shane and Jin Mosley tied the knot on 2002 and called it quits on 2011.
"Shane's lawyers obtained a NY State Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage for Jin Mosley, dated Sept. 26, 2006. Shane and Jin were married from 2002 to 2011. Do the math ... it all adds up to bigamy, as far as Shane's concerned."
Due to what happened NY Daily News stated that the boxer has been trying to get his money back. He's been trying to get a divorce settlement in the amount of $6M. Mosley stated that he only found out about Dwivedi on July after reviewing the financial statement submitted by his ex-wife to the California courts.
Wedding rumors might have made the headlines, but Jin Mosley's lawyer, Noelle Halaby denied the boxers allegations.
"She was never married simultaneously to anyone while she was married to Mosley."
Mosley may be going through a rocky divorce, yet he's still worth millions. As per the Celebrity Net Worth Website, he still has millions in the bank.
