Celebrity Homes for Sale: Singer Sia Puts Her Mediterranean Revival Home on the Market for $5M

The multi-talented singer and songwriter, Sia, flipped her Mediterranean Revival home in Los Feliz for above its purchase price. The "Chandelier" singer bought her mansion in July for about $4.7 million and she has recently put it on the market for about $5 million.

The 5,161-square-foot has a shade of white and is filled with natural light. The said villa of Sia has reportedly not been occupied by the singer for a long time.

The fantastic Los Feliz house was said to be designed by Architect AF Leicht, who is known for his unusual ideas. The Hollywood singer's white mansion reportedly seems whimsical but still looks stylish. The mansion is said to be a good fit for artsy buyers as it features various kinds of wood elements, stained glass and time-honored light fixtures.

The Australian singer has made various changes to the white-themed mansion including the swooping woodworks on the ceiling of the living room as well as some modifications in the kitchen.

The house's master's bedroom has its own wood-burning fireplace and balcony. The master's bathroom, meanwhile, has mirrored walls and an elegant tub.

Furthermore, the property has a spacious kitchen and a balcony featuring hillside and city views. It is also where the Australian singer reportedly takes her breakfast.

Sia has been in the music industry since 1993. She rose to fame with her hits "Titanium," "Wild Ones" and "Chandelier." The singer and songwriter also co-wrote Rihanna's hit song, "Diamonda" and Ne-Yo's "Let Me Love You."
