‘Scandal’ Season 5 Episode 3 Spoilers: Mellie Rages War for Fitz and Olivia; Cyrus Back on His Game as Mellie’s Ally

Cyrus as cunning as he is knows how to manipulate things and later on makes Mellie realize the real deal in which makes Mellie decides to leave the White House.
