However, on the other end of the scale, the U.S.' most expensive estate is no wonder seated in Beverly Hills, California. The most costly home for sale in America has 23 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms, has its own vineyard, and has set a record breaking amount of $149 million among Beverly Hills homeowners.
Based on the Louisiana's expensive homes listings, a tropical paradise mansion has own pool with palm trees is at a conservative price of $8 million, as for a Dallas estate, it has its own helipad and a four storey mansion costs $100 million.
Here are the astounding estates, listed from most to least expensive.
1. The Palazzo di Amore- Listed at $149 million, which makes it the most expensive estate across the U.S. market. It has 23 bathrooms, 12 bedrooms, a mile-long driveway leading to the majestic mansion; it also has its own bowling alley, vineyard and a home theater. It is located in Beverly Hills.
2. Briar Patch- Listed at $140 million, it is waterfront property inside the high end community East Hampton on the National Register of Historic Places. It had 11 acre-property, 10 bedrooms in the middle of two houses and a panoramic views on the Georgica Pond.
3. $100 million- The mansion is located in Dallas and has its own helipad and tennis courts. It has a stunning four-storey mansion has 12 bathrooms and 11 fireplaces and its own movie theater.
