Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband is asking the judge to let him sell her mansion - which is featured in Best Picture-winning film "Argo" - in order for her to actually remain there until she's nearly 100 years old.
The home, which has been on and off the market over the years with asking prices varying from $12 million to $15 million, is believed to finally have a buyer. The Huffington Post has confirmed the sale is pending in the MLS.
Frederic Prinz von Anhalt is asking for permission to be allowed to make a "deferred sale" of Gabor's Bel Air Road property so that he can make a $1.15 loan payment on the mansion, and so that Gabor can reside there for at least three more years, according to City News Service. Gabor has called the house her home for nearly 40 years.
According to Zillow, Zsa Zsa Gabor and her husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, have recently turned to Hollywood film sets to make some cash. In addition to "Argo," the Los Angeles mansion was also rented out to Steven Soderbergh's new project "Behind The Candelbra."
Von Anhalt has been named as Gabor's conservator until August 21; his position has long been questioned by Gabor's daughter, Constance Francesca Hilton, who fears the eclectic von Anhalt has shady motives. Hilton filed a request to serve as her mother's conservator, a move von Anhalt last year said made him "furious."
