Chris Bosh Puts up Pacific Palisades Home for Rent

Professional basketball player, Chris Bosh, has put up his Pacific Palisades home for rent for a monthly charge of $45,000. The power forward of the Miami Heat team had purchased the home with wife Adrienne in December 2012 for $9.4 million.

The home is a Mediterranean style villa spread across 10,755 square feet on a 1.5 acre lot. The place consists of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms with a gourmet kitchen and separate staff quarters. Along with the mentioned features, the home also boasts of a screening room, a billiards room, a huge office/library and a modern fitness center and spa. The master suite features dual baths and walk-in closets. A wet bar separates the living room from the games room as well, reports Zillow.

The place also sports scenic views of the ocean and has elaborate exteriors as well. The home has a shady veranda with an outdoor fireplace. The backyard has many tented pavilions that surround the infinity pool and a swim-up bar. An outdoor kitchen, eating space, sauna and a shower complete the exteriors, reports Real Estalker.

In 2010, the Bosh couple also picked up a mansion in the Miami area for $12.3, million which is their current residence. The modern mansion is a huge 12,368 square feet gated property featuring seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms with a private dock.

Bosh started off his career playing for the Toronto Raptors in 2003. In 2010, he shifted to Miami Heat.

In a recent interview with Fox Sports, Bosh asserted that he was already a Hall of Famer four years back, reports ESPN.

 "I've been a Hall of Famer like four years ago. And I say that very serious, though. I've talked about it before with my friends.'' Bosh told Fox Sports.

Currently, Bosh is among the 18 players who are likely to get inducted into the Hall of Fame.
