'iPhone 6S' Camera Specs: Megapixels And Alleged 4K Video Recording?

The "iPhone 6" camera is actually good, although the 8MP sensor size doesn't really imply as being the greatest camera,  it already seemed good enough to take quality photos. Plus Apple did all it can to promote taking photos using your iPhones, so it also gave people the idea that iphone cameras are just as good as pro cameras in taking memorable photos.

But Apple is still down to improving its next series of cameras. We can expect that the front and rear cams of the "iPhone 6s" will be better than ever.

We are talking about a 12MP sensor for the back camera and a 5MP on the front, which is a big improvement from the 1.2MP.

"iPhone 6s" selfie cam will also be able to display images in maximum brightness so as to give you the best illumination for your images. This has also been something LG experimented with as they designed the G3, but they might have already lost their interest in it.

There are two sides to this feature as a brighter screen can definitely act as a flash, which is good, but it can also be too bright for you to look at.

It has also been rumored that Apple would be adding a 4K video recording to its iPhone camera. This is actually not a new feature as Sony, Samsung, and LG have already ventured with this. So if Apple do add this feature, it won't really be ground breaking. Nonetheless, a 4K video recording would be a great feature.

If the 4K video would really happen for the next iPhones, then storage would also be a big discussion. 4K videos may take up 350MB of phone space per minute. So there should be a way for Apple to make the storage carry such amount of data.

What is certain as of now is that Apple will be improving the next iPhones' front and rear cameras. What is yet to be determined is the amount of improvements the company will give to its cameras.
