Deion Sanders Re-lists Penthouse in Dallas

Hall of Fame NFL cornerback Deion Sanders, has reportedly re-listed his flashy downtown Dallas penthouse. The posh penthouse sports a price tag of $4.8 million, down from the $7.5 million, the original asking price in 2012.

Sanders has grabbed headlines recently as his divorce settlement took a nasy turn. Sanders' wife, Pilar, filed for divorce in 2011. The couple got hitched in 1999 and have three children together.

Issues over child custody and support have been the raging subject in the divorce. Since his retirement, Sanders has not been making as much money. In order to fund child support, Sanders has re-listed his penthouse, reports Hollywood Celebrities.

The penthouse is a massive 5,081 square-foot compound stretching across two stories. The place comprises of 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home sports a black marble lined foyer along with a chef's kitchen. The living room has high vaulted ceilings and the interiors are finely decorated. The building, the Azure, is an amenity laden residential place. The facilities include valet parking, 24-hour concierge service, a modern fitness center and a 17-seat theater, reports Realtor.

Sanders' residence also has a private elevator and a rooftop patio. However, the most exquisite feature of the residence is its private pool along with a wet bar and an outdoor fireplace, reports Realtor.

Sanders' final game came as a member of the Baltimore Ravens in 2005. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011. Sanders works as a commentator for the NFL network, but claims he lost out on additonal endorsments due to the negative publicity the divorce garnered, reports Hollywood Celebrities.
