"The Walking Dead" Season 6 is fast approaching premiering on Oct. 11. Many various things happened on the past season, tumultuously many died, been eaten by zombies, cannibalism comes up. A conundrum of grueling events took place. Steven Yeun who plays Glenn in the horror drama of AMC spills some teasers in his interview with EW.
Steven Yeun is better known on the series as Glenn Rhee, the husband of Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan). He said in the interview:
"It's easy to use the buzzwords - to say 'roller coaster' or 'intense.' I think last year was a very good indicator of where we're headed. We're seeing everybody as who they are now. You've found them grizzled. You've found them completely broken and shattered and they've all witnessed and experienced terrible things. And so you get to see them there. We wear it on our face. We wear it on our body. To see where we've evolved to is awesome. So [season] 6 is that, is showing how much has been taken away from us. The end goal is to find some semblance of life that we lost before. I think you're going to see some deeply emotional character story and you're also going to see, as we always do, some [crazy stuff]."
Aside from Yeun, another co-star of his says that "The Walking Dead" season 6 will be much-awaited for its wild ride. Melissa McBride who plays Sophia's cunning mother Carol Peletier on the series also described the upcoming sixth season to be "crazy" and revealed that many things will transpire on the season.
McBride said in the article of EW that "As far as mindset, there's a lot of things going on in different story arcs and different characters coming in that are really pitting the characters against their own selves as far as, you know, where they stand."
Totally a crazy ride for all viewers, though no details were given. The teases of the casts are enough to let us wait on "The Walking Dead" premiere.
"The Walking Dead" Season 6 premieres on Sun., Oct. 11 at 9PM on AMC.
