As "Grimm" Season 5 is still in production, executive producer and director Norberto Barba shared some behind-the-scenes photos on his Twitter account. According to International Business Times the director shared a photo of Adalind (Claire Coffee) and her newborn baby.
NBC also unveiled a first look on Season 5 which shows Adalind and Nick (David Giuntoli) struggling while Adalind is in the delivery room. The show's executive producer Jim Kouf revealed in an interview that Nick just arrived in time as Adalind was in labor with their child. In addition, co-creator David Greenwalt revealed that now that the couple has a child, they will be in an unusual situation considering that they never even had a relationship.
Reports reveal that in Season 5 fans might get to see Adalind trying to find a job as a lawyer. Meanwhile, Rosalee (Bree Turner) could also be seen dealing with her addiction problems, and this might put a strain on her relationship with Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell).
According to Movie News Guide, Monrow will be helping Nick move on from the death of his mother and girlfriend, which happened in the Season 4 finale. The report claims that Monroe will be helping Nick get back his morale and also give him hope. Despite that, it was reported that Nick might still seek revenge because of what happened to his loved ones.
David Giuntoli revealed in an interview that his character Nick was left with a very dark emotion after the Season 4 finale events. The actor added that Nick will not care about being a cop anymore and will do his own investigations in Season 5. However, Giuntoli said that Nick might not go on with his revenge plan after the birth of his child.
"Grimm" Season 5 episode 1 is titled "The Grimm identity" and will air on October 30.
