Lady Gaga has always been professional and she has proved it once again. On Wednesday, the "Poker Face" singer stood up and flashed a smile after stumbling awkwardly and tripping on the ground. The incident happened after she had dinner with Lisa Vanderpump at Pump Lounge, which is owned by the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" actress.
Lady Gaga, 29, wore a Japanese-style robe and black heels. Reports suggest that she might have stepped on her long wardrobe, which led to the unexpected slip. She fell on the ground just before she stepped into her expensive convertible Lincoln Continental car. Her pal Vanderpump and her bodyguard were quick to help the "Born This Way" singer, Daily Mail reports.
The awkward stumble was also witnessed by her fans who were waiting for her when she went out of the restaurant. Lady Gaga appeared unaffected by the fall and brushed off the incident. Instead, the 29-year-old flashed a big smile to her fans while some took the chance to take photos with her.
The recent trip and fall accident is not the first for the "Born This Way" crooner. In fact, with her flair for eccentric fashion and performances, she was once a victim of a gauche incident.
On April 12, 2011, Lady Gaga proved that the show does go on when she fell from a burning piano while singing her single "You and I". She came up like a real trooper when she got off the floor like nothing happened, Radar Online reports.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga, who is engaged to her fiancée Taylor Kinney, is currently busy filming the TV series "American Horror Story: Hotel." She dished about her show on Twitter saying she's enjoying taping for her new TV project. The 29-year-old plays the role of a mysterious hotel owner, Elizabeth, who is "consumed with art and fashion and people."
"Thoughts on first day shooting for AHS? I say, I've died and gone to my personal heaven," the singer-now-actress wrote on Twitter.
The Lady monster was also praised by her 67-year-old co-star Kathy Bates, who shared a heartwarming post on her page.
"My first day shooting @AHSFX: Hotel with the sublime @ladygaga. Let's just say she rocked it. The Countess scared the crap out of Iris!"
