Formerly known as Gansevoort Miami Beach and Perry South Beach, the newest luxury hotel in Miami has reopened its doors as 1 Hotel South Beach. Designed with nature in mind, the eco-friendly hotel boasts lavish amenities perfectly fit for posh travelers and lifestyle.

Business Insider was able to recently take a tour of the new hotel, which is home to 426 rooms. Upon stepping inside the hotel, guests will be greeted by the 1 Hotel's lobby, which is decked out with white furniture such as carpets and plush cushions. According to the publication, the area doubles as an ideal hangout during the day and a "spot for cocktails at night."

The hotel's modern design beautifully incorporates eco-friendly touches. Plants and patches of grass can be seen in the property, along with wooden accents.

The rooms are spacious, measuring a minimum of 700 square feet. For those who want to enjoy ultimate luxury, ocean view rooms with balcony are the best choice. According to 1 Hotel South Beach's official website, the room features a fully furnished private balcony with amazing views of South Beach. Among the in-room amenities that guests can enjoy are a 55-inch Samsung HD LCD television, glass terrariums, free high-speed WiFi, yoga mat, full-length mirror and more.

For those who wish to lounge in the hotel's outdoor space, there are four beautiful pools to choose from, the biggest of which is the South Pool, measuring 40,000 square feet. It is also the nearest to the ocean. The Main Pool is popular among guests for its cabanas and day beds combined with a stunning backdrop of the ocean. The Rooftop Pool Deck, meanwhile, is an ideal spot to chill with champagne during the night and is reserved for adults. Lastly, the Cabana Pool features a swimming pool that turns into a hot tub.
