Tech giant Apple on Thursday has released the iOS 9 public beta 3 specifically for Apple users who have signed up to test the Apple's iOS 9 software. The iOS 9 public beta 3 has been seeded to both iPhone iPad and iPod users. Apple users who subscribed for the beta testing can now download the iOS Beta 3 over-the-air, a report from iDigitalTimes said.
According to iDigital Times, the iOS 9 public beta 3 has introduced new features and upgrades in Apple's upcoming operating system. For instance, Apple beta testers will be able to explore WiFi calling for AT&T users, new wallpapers, and tweaks to Apple's CarPlay and the iPhone keyboard as well.
Aside from these features, the iOS 9 is expected to have an upgraded iCloud application which reportedly can access all files that Apple users have stored via iCloud. Spotted bugs that were earlier identified in the iOS public beta 2 have been fixed, especially the News app. Apple's personal assistant Siri is also getting a massive upgrade with expanded search and suggestion capabilities, which will make it more intelligent and proactive.
Macworld noted that the company usually does not release specific details regarding the specific areas in the operating system that were changed in the public beta release. However, Apple has encouraged its beta users to install the updated software in order to experience the "look and feel" of the iOS 9.
The iOS 9 has brought essential improvements in its native applications such as mail, messages, Web browsing, maps, and notes. Apple claims that all these improvements have been introduced to create a new and exciting experience for Apple users.
