Stand up comedienne Kathleen Madigan is looking to offload her WeHo bungalow for $1.349 million.
According to Variety, the veteran comic's cozy West Hollywood bungalow is located at the historic Norma Triangle neighborhood in California. Madigan purchased the pint-sized yet charming property in October 2010 for $973,500. The 1,144 square foot home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The inviting little pad features double glass doors which opens directly into a loft-like main living space that extends to the rear of the house. Wooden floors adorn the combination living room and dining area, which also features a modern-minded mantel-free wood-burning fireplace. Eight-paned oversized windows are scattered all throughout the bungalow, which helps to illuminate the house with natural light.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wherein a two seater snack counter separates it from the dining area. The stylish kitchen has light grey solid surface countertops that sits over chocolate brown Shaker-style cabinetry. At the side of the kitchen are French doors that provides access to a charming yard.
Madigan's bungalow also has a small guest bedroom with a white penny-tiled hall bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom as well, and features another set of side-lit French doors that opens up to the backyard area. The master bath, decorated in azure glass tiles, has a glass-walled shower and a separate tub.
Lush green hedges surrounds the property up to the back yard which features a heated plunge pool and outdoor dining table. The property also has a detached, single car garage, as well as an additional living space with polished concrete floors and a stacked washer and dryer.
Madigan, who is currently on tour, has a net worth of $500,000, states Celebrity Net Worth.
