The second Black Barn which was designed by Mark Zeff is on the market with a listing price of $3.995 million, as reported from Curbed. The house is located at 42 Old Noyack Path Sag Harbor, Hamptons.

The article added that the 8,000 square foot house has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, a pool, a spa, and a pool house.

In a listing from Brown Harris Stevens, the 2.4 acres home has a staircase, storefront windows, a kitchen, an outdoor dining room, and a garden courtyard. The listing added that the house has 1,300 square foot master floor with an office, a closet or dressing room, and an extraordinary master bathroom while the lower level of the house has a grand entertainment space such as a home theater, a gym, a full laundry room, and storage.
