Gwen Stefani Gavin Rossdale Divorce: No Pre-Nup; No Doubt Singer Denies Spousal Support from Rossdale

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's divorce is yet another celebrity breakup to hit Hollywood after the split of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

The former couple announced their separation on Monday in a joint statement, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. Stefani's attorney claimed that the "No Doubt" singer asked for joint legal and physical custody of their three kids. Laura Wasser, Rossdale's lawyer, also responded on behalf of the rocker with joint custody for their children.

Stefani, 45, has a net worth of $80 million while Rossdale, 49, has a $35 million net worth. The two have no pre-nuptial arrangement, according to TMZ. Under the California law, the couple's assets and properties will be divided equally. Stefani also reportedly denied spousal support from Rossdale.

In the midst of their divorce, there are reports that Stefani has accused Rossdale of infidelity. Apparently, "The Voice" coach had suspected that her husband had been cheating on her with their nanny, Radar Online reports.

An insider told the site that Stefani is devastated that their marriage has ended, but that she had no choice but to break up with Rossdale. The source added that she had high suspicions that he was involved with a nanny.

According to TMZ, Stefani was also complaining about Rossdale's busy tour schedule and that he was away from home most of the time. From December 2014 to March 2015, the Bush frontman was out and the 45-year-old "No Doubt" singer apparently asked him to stop touring and just stay home. Rossdale, however, felt it wasn't easy and unfair when the British rocker was also out working.

Back in February, Stefani opened up to Cosmopolitan saying that it was an advantage for her and Rossdale to have their own individual time. She seemed to have not been bothered with any marital issue at the time and even added that she thought that that was what kept their relationship going, according to Entertainment Online.

Stefani and Rossdale met when Bush and No Doubt toured together in 1995. They married in 2002. They are parents to three children: Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo 17 months old.
