Real Men Don't Want To Get On Ronda Rousey's Bad Side

Undefeated UFC bantamweight champion Ronda "Rowdy" Rousey has struck fear not in the women MMA landscape, but also in the hearts of men. Real men at that. From fellow fighters to other high-profile athletes from the men's side of the fence, many are just not that eager to get the Rousey in a bad mood.

Count UFC Interim Men's Featherweight champion Conor McGregor as one the tough guys who don't want to oppose Rousey in a fight. Himself an accomplished fighter and one of the toughest MMA champions in the world, McGregor said that while he believes that a fight between him and Rousey will result in a tie, he admits he will not go toe to toe against UFC's top female titleholder.

McGregor recalled a moment where he describes Rousey as a legitimate threat.

"I remember one time, I'd seen her and I greeted her and I said 'what's up champ?' and we embraced. I swear on my life her back muscles were the solidest (sic) back muscles I'd ever felt in my life."

"I thought if this lady was to get a hold of me she would throw me on my head in literally one second flat. So I would not like to engage in a clinch fight with Ronda."

Basketball Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal can be a tough MMA matchup for just about everyone. Standing 7'1" and weighing 324 pounds, Shaq spends a lot of time training in MMA for fitness reasons. However, the multi-awarded center bared he would only last 45 seconds against Rousey if they meet in the octagon.

Include the two-time NBA champ and four-time league MVP LeBron James to those who are scared of the UFC women's champ. In a tweet session, the NBA superstar said he wanted to introduce himself to Rousey during the recently held ESPYs but held back, saying she might "kick my butt."

What really intrigues many fight fans though is Rousey's beef with unbeaten boxing champion Floyd Mayweather. The two have been trading verbal jabs from way back, with the latest coming in after Rousey won the ESPY Best Fighter of The Year award, an accolade monopolized by Mayweather in recent years.

In her acceptance speech, Rousey ripped the pound-for-pound boxing king and hinted at Mayweather's history of violence against women.

"I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once," Rousey said. "I'd like to see you pretend to not know who I am now."

Rousey is scheduled to defend her title on August 1 against Bethe Correia in a main event fight headlining UFC 190.
