Comedian and podcaster Adam Carolla is selling his home in La Canada Flintridge, California for $3,495,000, as reported in Realtor. 

The article included that the 5,500 square foot Spanish-style house has a basement, a fireplace in the living room which he himself laid it, a drought-friendly grass which he installed, a saltwater pool and spa, a veranda overlooking the front lawn, and a three-car garage.
