The upcoming episode 6 of "Teen Wolf" Season 5 may feature a mother-and-son reunion. According to International Business Times, episode 6 will feature Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) with his mother Claudia Stilinski. It was earlier revealed that Claudia died when Stiles was still very young.
In the previous episode, Dr. Valack (Steven Brand) told the pack that if they read his book, memories of the Dead Doctors would be brought back to their minds. In Epsiode 6, titled "Required Reading," the gang will investigate the book, and some weird things will start to happen. One of the said "weird things" might involve certain flashbacks.
According to Design & Trend, the circumstances of Claudia's death still remains a mystery. Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby) revealed in Season 3 that Stiles was with his mother in the hospital when she died. Stiles also recalled that his mother suffered from front temporal dementia, which could have caused her death.
Based on the recently released promo (seen below) for episode 6, Stiles will travel back to the memory of his mom in the hospital. Show creator Jeff Davis revealed in an earlier interview that viewers can expect an emotional scene between Stiles and Claudia, and they will also learn more about how she died.
On the other hand, the promo also reveals Lydia (Holland Roden) seemingly remembering seeing the Dread Doctors during her surgery in episode 4. She wants to investigate what the doctors did to her during that time.
Meanwhile, Scott (Tyler Posey) continues to doubt Kira (Arden Cho), who further distances herself from her boyfriend. In last week's episode, Scott confirmed his feeling for the "kitsune" and Davis revealed that this will be the last sweet moment between the two characters for a while. He added that her lack of control and the rise of the entity's power will begin to push the two characters apart.
