More Bobbi Kristina Brown news could shock her fans but could finally shed some light on the case of Whitney Houston's daughter and her family. Nick Gordon, her boyfriend, was finally served with a lawsuit for beating her up and stealing her unstated amount of money. The lawsuit was served on Sunday while Gordon was in Starbucks in Florida.

The latest news of Gordon being served the lawsuit in an envelope was covered by NY Daily News. Gordon was reportedly leaving the popular coffee shop when a process server handed him the brown envelope.

"What was that?" a bystander curiously asked at the coffee shop. "I have no idea," said Gordon, who was apparently confused.

The lawsuit was filed by Bobbi Kristina's court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove on June 24 in Fulton County Superior Court. The lawsuit charges him of inflicting Bobbi of "substantial harm" including an instance where he knocked out her front tooth and dragged her upstairs by her hair.

Gordon was also accused of stealing Bobbi's finances and controlling her personal life, to the point that she couldn't even answer her own mobile phone. It was previously reported that Bobbi was scheduled to meet a close friend on January 31 to tell that person what Gordon was doing to her. The paper served also pointed out that the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston was found unconscious on her bathtub with another tooth missing and her mouth swollen, Fox News reports.

At the height of the news surrounding Bobbi, Gordon was rarely seen in public. He was last sighted in Florida on June 28.

Meanwhile, fans of Bobbi have been apparently concerned when a white tent was put up outside the Peachtree Christian Hospice on Wednesday. They believed that Bobbi may have died that day. However, a receptionist from the hospice did not confirm any deaths, Mirror reports.

Major Don Woodruff from the Duluth Police force stated that the white tent was put up at 5 p.m. on Wednesday. The police officer also said that since news of Bobbi's photos being sold online came out, her family requested for added security around her room and the hospice.
