John Travolta is preparing for a face-off in court against Doug Gotterba, Travolta's former employee and his alleged male lover.
It all started when Gotterba released a statement to various tabloids, saying he and Travolta had an affair in the 70's. Because of this event, Travolta took an action by filing a lawsuit against the pilot.
According to the news, Gotterba, says he boned the famous actor and released a statement claiming that he had an affair with the movie star. His statements were quoted by The Hollywood Gossip news. He said, "John was gentle, passionate sexual being. The next day, he told me, with a big smile on his face, 'I really enjoyed last night, and I told him, 'So did I.'"
And during their rumored affair for over six-year period, he said that he stays in the room next to John in hotels. "Sometimes he'd bring women along as his beards. But he would ask me to join him in his suite and we'd spend the nights together. It was our little secret." he added on the report of The Hollywood Gossip.
Gotterba left his position on Travolta's aircraft company in the year 1987.
Travolta is now planning to suppress the alleged intimate details that Doug has said. He claimed that Gotterba violated a confidentiality agreement. Travolta released a signed confidentiality agreement against Gotterba, while Gotterba presented a copy that had no confidentiality claim and filed a counter affidavit.
The assigned judge for this case, Judge Donna Geck has ruled that the case shall not be dismissed, though it has been requested by Travolta's camp to dismiss the case, according to The Hollywwod Gossip news. The court schedule is set on August 7, 2015.
According to the news reported by the Daily Mail, last year, Travolta's attorney learned that Gotterba was planning to write a book. By that time, the pilot was warned that he would be breaching a confidentiality provision of the termination agreement. But the pilot claimed that the agreement was not authentic, he said that he did not agree with that draft.
