Over the past seven years Michelle Phan has consistently uploaded interesting YouTube videos, mainly make-up tutorials for her millions of viewers. Her successful beauty vlog has helped and inspired millions of viewers young and old. She can teach you how to look glam for your next romantic date and more recently she has also created a video on grooming tips for men. Furthermore she has also published a book titled "Make Up" in 2014 and has created her own makeup subscription service. Furthermore, she has become one of the faces of Lancôme. Now, the YouTube sensation has her own makeup line known as "EM" -- but her accomplishments don't have to end there! To add to her long list of achievements, the beauty maven is now about to be known as a comic book author.
Michelle Phan is partnering up with Line Webtoon, an online publishing platform for both amateur and pro cartoon artists. Come this fall, the young make up guru will release a 26-chapter fiction comic book called THE ENCHANTRESS, which is about a young songstress who must seek guidance from an alchemist named BeBo in order to discover the power within her. She will be promoting this project at Comic-con on July 10, 2015.
This simply means that the young entrepreneur not only has talents with makeup brushes and eye pencils but can also work with drafting pencils on a drafting table.
Recently the 28-year old beauty guru has said in a statement that, "Most people think of me as a makeup guru, but might be surprised to know I'm also a trained artist and a huge comic book fan," Furthermore, she said, "The Enchantress is my passion project that has been brewing since I was 11, and I'm so excited to finally pursue this dream of mine."
