Brooke Burke and David Charvet's net worth is estimated to be $13.5 million. Recently, the couple has decided to place their grand Malibu Mansion for rent after failing to sell it.
The Malibu Hills property was listed earlier last year for a hefty amount of $13 million. However, since the couple hasn't found the right buyer for their Malibu home yet, they have listed it for an astounding $35,000 per month on a rent basis. This year, the rent went higher as they have now placed it for lease for $50K a month.
What's inside Burke and Charvet's mansion that it comes with a heavy price tag?
The gorgeous property is a 6,700-square-foot Italian-style estate. It sprawls on 3.5 acres in the Malibu hills and is designed with six beds, four baths and a screening room, TMZ reports. It stands on Malibu's largest useable plots in a celebrity-approved secluded gated community, Serra Retreat. The property is also surrounded with green grass and flowers, which add to the serenity of the place.
When it comes to its façade, the stylish Italian-inspired mansion has a long courtyard and driveway accented with 18th-century fountain and laterns. To complete its European look, the house has a rustic cabana with built-in seating, bush rose garden, orchard, and a freshwater pool surrounded with grass and roses.
Moreover, the home is decorated with hand-carved limestone, antique hand-plastered walls, and walnut flooring. It also has unique hand-sculpted doors and French fireplaces, according to Daily Mail. The "Dancing with the Stars" champ's home is also designed with a wine cellar that can accommodate 4,000 bottles.
Although the massive Malibu mansion seems to be a nice and convenient place to live in, the 42-year-old presenter and her beau decided to leave the property to spend their time in the comfort of their 14,000-square-foot French countryside-inspired mansion.
Burke is known as a television personality, actress, dancer, model, and an author. She has an estimated net worth of $9 million. Aside from her career, she is also engaged in various projects and endorsements for Skechers, Coca-Cola, Discover Card, M Professional Cosmetics and Anheuser-Busch. Her earnings also come from her own fitness and intimate apparel lines and Baboosh Baby, a company that sells pregnant women wraps.
Meanwhile, her husband, Charvet, is a French actor known for his roles in "Baywatch" and "Melrose Place." Chavret's net worth is reported at $4.5 million, which comes from his stints as an actor and a singer.
Burke and the 41-year-old Frenchmanshare a daughter, Heaven Rain, and a son, Shaya. Burke was previously married to plastic surgeon Garth Fisher and has two older daughters, Neriah and Sierra.
