Now, PLL showrunner I. Marlene King hinted that there may be some engagements happening after the time jump.
"Oh it's possible! It's possible. There are some engagement rings flying around when we come back for the premiere," King said, according to Wetpaint.
The outlet considered the possibility that Hanna and Caleb will be one of the couples getting engaged after the time jump. This is entirely possible if Hanna and Caleb will still reunite following their recent time off.
Meanwhile, TV Line reported additional details on the upcoming PLL time jump. The outlet cited that two male characters will appear when "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6 returns for its midseason winter premiere on ABC Family.
A 27-year-old man named Jordan will be joining the cast following the show's time jump. Jordan is described as a "sophisticated-yet-approachable 27-year-old working in the fashion industry."
Another character who will be joining the Liars after the time jump is a 24-year-old editorial assistant from Boston named Liam.
