'Game of Thrones' Season 5 Aftermath: Jon Snow Is Dead, says Kit Harrington

In an interview with Jon Snow himself (yes he is not dead, at least the actor) Kit Harrington said that he does not see himself coming back after the betrayal, EW reported. In an interview with the news website, Harrington said that he was shocked when he read the script that he was about to be betrayed and assassinated while in power. He also confirmed that he is not a fan of George R.R. Martin's novel so he doesn't have any clue on what will tomorrow bring for Jon Snow. The young actor also said that he was not informed that his assassination was the season finale and as for him, it was a perfect ending for the season.

The online news website also asked him if he had seen flaws from Jon's actions that finally led into the stabbing incident. 'Ned's bastard' said that there is a huge amount of fault and he failed to pay attention to the people around him. He failed to look into the details and only focused on the bigger picture. Harrington also compared Snow's action to Ned who only wanted to do what is right and failed to pay attention to the people around him that eventually led into their downfall.

Harrington also talked about his last day of shooting and admitted that he had a little tear in his eyes but was rejoicing inside. However, he said that he was more moved and emotional than what he thought he'd be. He also said that his life after GOT would definitely be being in the big screen but he just wanted to rest for now after spending four seasons with the television hit.

On the other hand, there were speculations that Snow will be back in the next season with a vengeance. Realtytoday said in an article that it was not seen that Snow had breath his final one, although he bled buckets of bloods when the camera fans out, it is not definite that he is truly dead.

But with, Harrington's statement, can everyone say that Snow is finally dead?

Let us see what Season 6 will say about it.
