‘Married at First Sight’ Star Ryan De Nino Defends Himself Against Accusations Following Split with Jessica Castro

"Married at First Sight" Season 2 stars Jessica Castro and Ryan De Nino recently made headlines after what seemed to be a messy split. Castro has reportedly received threats from De Nino following their split, but the latter has spoken up and defended himself against the accusations.

Getting "Married at First Sight" may work out for some couples of the reality series, but unfortunately, for Jessica Castro and Ryan De Nino, their relationship concluded along with the show's season finale.

In last week's finale of "Married at First Sight," Castro and De Nino decided to stay married even though the couple has gone through a series of fights during the entire season.

Just when fans thought Castro and De Nina could still work things out behind cameras, the relationship between the two got even worse. Daily Mail cited that Castro has reportedly received death threats from De Nino, wherein the latter allegedly said: "I plan on killing you and your family."

On Saturday, De Nino posted a copy of the restraining order filed against him by Castro and explained himself via an Instagram post.

"Unfortunately this isn't something I'd wish on anyone... Bash me all you want, say whatever it is about me just remember this board don't break for nada. Why I posted this will be thoroughly explained when the times right. #Checkmate," De Nino wrote.

Meanwhile, producers of the show, Kinetic Content told People that the show is as real as it gets, wherein couples, despite going through rigorous tests and screenings, can still go through "real divorces." The outlet continued to explain that both parties have agreed to have their entire married life documented on TV, but has no control over their actions and behaviors.

Castro and De Nino met for the first time and got married on the same day in the second season of A&E reality series, which premiered in December of last year.
