Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have long been over but rumor has it that the “Wrecking Ball” singer was “devastated” with the recent news about her former beau. According to the rumor mill, her rival, fellow former Disney star Selena Gomez, allegedly hooked up with Hemsworth as a form of revenge.
“Miley hates Selena more than anyone in Hollywood and Liam knows that,” a source told Hollywood Life. “So, this is a huge slap in the face! If Liam really did hook up with Selena, it will be devastating. She does not care who he sleeps with, but Selena is the one exception to the rule.”
Rumor has it that Gomez purposely hooked up with the “Hunger Games” actor to get back at Cyrus for sleeping with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber. Some reports even stated that Cyrus got pregnant while she was with the Canadian singer.
The report revealed that Gomez and Hemsworth secretly hooked up last year, specifically during summer time. Moreover, the report stated that it was nothing more than a simple one-night stand with no attachments as well as with revenge only in their minds.
Apparently, Hemsworth was bragging “about it to his friends.” “It was just a one-night stand,” the source added. “But Miley had no idea!”
To get to the truth, Cyrus reportedly intends to go straight to Hemsworth. She may no longer have feelings for him, but knowing that her alleged archenemy hooked up with one of her exes is not something she will easily accept.
“She is hoping this is not true,” added the source. “But, she is planning to confront Liam about it and find out.” Although she is already happily dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, the “Terminator” actor’s son, the source claimed that Cyrus still “wants to know and she thinks he owes her the truth.”
Furthermore, if the present rumors are true, then it looks like Cyrus is not the only celebrity Gomez has to be worried about. Rumor has it that Bieber is secretly dating “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star Kendall Jenner. The insider even added that the rising model initially thought that he “was going to take their secret relationship to the next level.”
However, it does not appear like such advancement will be happening for the two anytime soon. “She is just fed up with Justin’s preoccupation with Selena,” a source revealed to a separate Hollywood Life report. “Now that he wants to get in the studio with her, it is just so obvious that he is not over her and not willing or ready to get into a serious relationship with anyone.”
