Jeff Dunham Net Worth: Comedian Sells Del Mar Mansion For $1.25M Less

Comedian Jeff Dunham, who appeared in the 2010 movie "Dinner for Shmucks" with Paul Rudd and Steve Carell, is selling his 7000 sq. ft. Del Mar Mansion for a price lower than its original listing price.

The mansion, located in Del Mar, California, can now be bought for $7.495M, that's about $1.25M less than its orginal 2011 listing price of $8.75M, reports Realtor.com.

The famed ventriloquist who had several TV appearances in shows such as "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson", "Comedy Central Presents", "Blue Collar TV" and "Good Morning America" has a reported net worth of $55M, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

The $7.495M mansion has six bedrooms and rests on a half-acre land with a stunning view of the ocean, hence the name "Mar." The artist's home was reportedly remodeled in 2007 to become an awe-inspiring home it is today, notes Realtor.com.

"Everything inside the home is uniquely designed," Wendy Ramp, the listing agent of Dunham's property told Realty.com.

According to its listing on wendyramp.com, the Mediterranean and Spanish-inspired property is near a school district called "Del mar Union." Aside from the ocean views, the "magical estate in the heart of Olde Del Mar" also boasts of spectacular landscaping featuring "trophy and tropical plants." Aside from the main residence, there is a one bedroom and one bath room guest quarters and another guest room with an exterior bath. The Dunham estate has a two car-garage and a full outdoor kitchen with a spacious bar which promises a venue for a fun-filled event or entertainment.

The listing may be availed through an "owner financing" scheme. The Del Mar mansion also comes with furnishing but buyers must inquire for full disclosure as not all of the home's furnishing are included in the deal. The website's featured listing also hinted that this is a rush sale.

Realtor.com also notes that this three-story home has large balconies separated by sliding glass doors, creating a comfortable family room with a tropical vibe. New owners who love cooking will consider the modern kitchen an answer to their dreams, as it is filled with high-tech appliances. A climate-controlled wine cellar also welcomes future home owners, which according to Ramp, can "hold 4,000 bottles."

The agent also talked about the masters bedroom's bathroom. "What is really special about the bathroom is the oversized spa tub," Ramp told Realtor.com. "There are no walls. The bathtub is completely open on three sides, so you get the great view," she added.

Coming home to the Del Mar mansion will truly soothe your worries away as aptly described by Realtor.com. It has the "most amazing pool," which is embraced by rock waterfalls cascading into four ponds. Around it are palm trees, tropical flowers and some artistic statues. A custom-built slide and a beach for the family's sole use also add to the fun.

"You really feel like you're at a private resort," Ramp said.
