PS Plus PS4 PS3 Free Games April 2015: ‘Woah Dave’ & ‘Dishonored’ Confirmed, More Games To Come!

As March soon draws to a close, PlayStation Plus subscribers are now in great anticipation of new games they could get their hands on in the upcoming month of April. Word is out that two titles were confirmed to arrive next month with additional games to be revealed in the coming weeks.

According to IB Times, one title is already assured to arrive to PlayStation 3 users in April. The stealth-action video game, "Dishonored," would soon be available in PS Plus. PlayStation Europe confirmed the arrival of the video game in a social media post.

"'Dishonored' is coming to PlayStation Plus (PS3) in April. Sorry for the confusion this month - we pulled the trigger too early," tweeted PlayStation Europe.

The game was initially thought to arrive to PS Plus in March, reported PlayStation Universe. However, it was still not available in the said month which confused many gamers. The post by PlayStation Europe finally clarified things, and the good news is that it would soon be accessible.

A 2012 review of the video game lauds it for the numerous ways users could play the game.

"Dishonored puts choice in the hands of the player in nearly every element - gameplay, level progression, even storytelling. Dishonored is one of the greatest new IPs in recent history, and one of the best games of the year," read PSU's article.

It remains unclear if the game would be available in other continents aside from Europe.

For PlayStation 4 users, the 2D arcade platform video game, "Woah David," was confirmed, noted Videogamer. However, it is not considered part of the "Instant Game Collection" for PS Plus but categorized as a "secret" game.

Christian Today reported that Sony Computer Entertainment America Lead Account Manager Nick Suttner said, "Either if you got it free on PlayStation Plus before [when the cross-buy game was made available for the PlayStation Vita], or [when it releases on 31st March], it's free for Plus members."

The game developed by MiniVisions is an arcade take on an alien-shooting game. Players would take on the role of Dave as he fights aliens and even features his own ammunition!

The best part of the game is that every time Dave beats one of his alien opponents, he racks up some of their coins on top of his score.

"Woah Dave" is sold at $4.99 but comes free for PS Plus subscribers.

Other free games for PS Plus subscribers would be unveiled next week.
