'Baywatch' Star Carmen Electra Leaving Hollywood Hills? Mediterranean Home on Sale for $2.699 Million

"Leaving so soon?" That's probably what people who hear how easily Carmen Electra decided to leave her Hollywood Hills Mediterranean home would ask.

A year ago, the Baywatch bombshell bought the Nichols Canyon-area house for $2.685M, now, she is listing it for only $2.699M, reports LA Times. It seems like the former Playboy model does not feel any "electricity" with her house anymore, as Forbes comments. She only added a few thousands as a take home profit in the end, and that's it.

According to Trulia, the home of the "Scary Movie 4" and "Meet the Spartans" actress is situated at Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles. The 5,300 sq. ft. home built in 1986 has four bedrooms and five baths. The villa has "crisp custom" details, fixtures, and finishes with a "fully gated courtyard and turret-style entry," says Trulia.

There are en-suite baths in three of the bedrooms in this mansion. The new owners could also use the fourth bedroom as their nursery, a large office, or another guest room.

The house boasts of an exquisite gourmet kitchen that can be accessed from the  breakfast room and family room. Aside from these amenities, the property also has a formal dining room, living room, and a gym, notes Trulia.

The luxury home also has a large media room, game room, and one-bedroom suite that has direct access to a private swimming pool and a patio. The new owners will feel relaxed with the home's mountain views and excellent daylight.

Forbes reports that before she purchased this home, Carmen Electra sold her Beverly Hills house in April 2014. Unlike her stay at this Nichols Canyon Property, she stayed in the Beverly Hills residence for more than 11 years. Electra bought that in 2002 for only $1.35 M and sold it in 2014 for about thrice its value at $3.75M, giving her a $2.4M profit. With only a little more added to that profit alone, she could already have the Hollywood Hills abode easily.
